Dr. Sultzer completed his Doctor of Optometry in Massachusetts at MCPHS, followed by an intensive Ocular Disease Residency at Mann Grandstaff VA Medical Center in Spokane, Washington. During his residency, he specialized in complex ocular conditions, dry eye treatment and collaborated closely with local specialists. His residency included specialty training in scleral lenses, advanced diagnostic technologies, and treatment modalities.

Optometric Experience
Dr. Sultzer has overseen multiple practices dedicated to providing comprehensive eye care and has consulted nationally. He was the lead independent consultant for a national eye care corporation and assisted with over 3,000 clinics. He provides primary eye care, pre/post-operative care, medical eye treatments. His specialty includes scleral lenses, dry eye treatment, and aesthetic eye care.
